I'm happy to hear you liked the bread. This was also my first bread recipe, and I was amazed at how easy it was! It's become a staple in my house. If you're looking for another easy bread recipe, I also enjoy this

I totally followed this recipe to make bread for the first time ever and it worked! It was delicious! The only thing I changed was to make 2 medium sized loaves instead of 3 little ones. Thank you so much for posting this step by step recipe!

I love this book! I highly recommend the Board of Directors Cinnamon Raisin Bread (although we usually skip the raisins cause my husband doesn't like them) - basically, you make the plain bread recipe, but use an egg wash, cinnamon/sugar sprinkle, and roll it up to make a tasty cinnamon swirl bread. It's a great breakfast treat, and is ready in under an hr if you make the basic bread dough in advance.
