		<description>Thanks!  I&#039;ve found the burritos are much easier to fold if they&#039;re really warm and pliable.  Sometimes I wrap them in foil and throw them in the oven while I&#039;m preparing the filling.  Otherwise, I&#039;ll heat them in the microwave with a damp paper towel.</description>
