Thanks! I’ve found the burritos are much easier to fold if they’re really warm and pliable. Sometimes I wrap them in foil and throw them in the oven while I’m preparing the filling. Otherwise, I’ll heat them in the microwave with a damp paper towel.

I just made burritos tonight, but they didn’t look nearly as good as yours. I can never close mine quite right.
