It's such a great reference book! I'm looking forward to making cilantro pesto. I'm growing cilantro this year, and I think I'm going to end up with more than I could possibly use in standard dishes. :)

I love "How to Cook Everything," and my husband and I also really like making pesto. We make it with cilantro and/or parsley quite often. I never realized how incredibly easy it is before I got married. Easy and so much cheaper with fresh herbs than the pre-made stuff! Yum.
